In the Construction ZONE

New residential construction and remodels are keeping Hickory busy In the Construction Zone.  Plus, there are commercial remodels to wrap up, and an office building still in the works.

  • Residential projects have kept Hickory busy this spring.  Crews are putting the finishing touches on two custom homes in west Knoxville, while a third is under construction.  In Walland, construction is well underway on a new custom home, and a second home is nearing completion.   Hickory also has various residential remodeling projects underway.
  • Construction continues on the new two-story office building for Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation.  In addition to KCDC offices, there will be office space to lease.
  • Hickory has completed exterior renovations to Workshop Tools in Sevierville, modified the exterior and added storage space to Foothills Wines & Spirits in Maryville, and completed a beautiful remodel to the Harper Infinity dealership in Knoxville.
