In the Construction Zone

New residential and commercial construction projects are keeping Hickory busy.

• Crews are putting the finishing touches on the Phi Mu house in UT’s Sorority Village and continuing construction on the AOPI house.

• While we are wrapping up construction on two new custom homes, construction has begun on a new 6,000 square foot custom home in Walland, Tennessee.  Early 2013 continues to be good to Hickory. Construction is expected to begin on three additional homes by the end of February.

• Hickory is excited to continue to be a part of the expansion of the Harper Family of Dealerships with the construction of the new Harper Fiat, soon to be open on Parkside Drive in Knoxville. Construction began in early December and is expected to be completed by the end of March.
