In the Construction Zone

  • Hickory is currently working on six new homes, all of which are located in Blount County. Four are scheduled for completion in time for the owners to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner in their new homes. The other two are scheduled for completion next summer.
  • Construction on the 140,000 square foot Ooltewah Elementary continues and will be complete on August 2nd, in time for the student’s first full day, August 8th.
  • In May, Hickory began work on a West Knoxville home in Sequoyah Hills. This remodel, scheduled for completion in the fall, includes interior renovations, additions and site improvements.
  • The Clayton-Bradley STEM Academy remains on target for a July 1st completion. The school is set to open on July 19th.
  • Hickory began work on a West Knoxville home in early June. The renovation to this Old Westmoreland home includes both interior and exterior improvements.
  •  Renovations continue on the Rebori Building, located at the corner of Summit Hill Drive and Gay Street and will be complete mid July.
