On November 11, our nation will express its gratitude to all the men and women who have served in the United States military with Veterans Day celebrations and observances across the country. Hickory Construction, Inc. plans to commemorate the occasion by recognizing all of its team members who have served their country in the U.S. armed forces.

“As much as we appreciate their contributions to our company, we place an even higher value on the sacrifices these employees have made in service to our nation,” said Vice President of marketing John McMillan, who himself served in the United States Army. “We are honored to have all these veterans on our staff.”

In addition to McMillan, Hickory Construction’s roster of military veterans includes President Burke Pinnell (Army), Vice President of Operations Jim McMillan (Navy), Field Manager Paul Amos (Marines and currently serving in Naval Reserves), Project Manager John McBroom (Marines), Superintendent Kenneth McCoig (Navy), Superintendent Mike Knight (Army), and Apprentice Kory Miller (Marines).
