Located just seven miles from its sister resort, Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain officially opened to guests this past February. However, since November 2017, Hickory Construction has been busy building new custom homes. At present, Hickory is constructing four new private residences on the mountain.
“The future is looking bright for Hickory,” said John McMillan, Hickory’s Vice President of Marketing. “We have four homes under construction, and continue to meet with folks wanting us to build for them. It is an honor to be building on such a beautiful piece of East Tennessee.”
From Blackberry Mountain, homeowners and guest will have some of the most spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
All the activity on the mountain only adds to the excitement surrounding the recent opening of Blackberry’s newest luxury resort.
