John joined the Hickory team as a project manager in 2004, bringing with him to the job more than 15 years of construction and remodeling experience (as both a business owner and an employee) plus several years working on the mortgage, title and insurance side of the business. Prior to working in the construction field, he served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
Since starting with Hickory, John has worked primarily on residential remodel and redesign projects. Coordinating with local architects, he has helped put Hickory’s unique touch on a variety of interior, exterior and new-construction jobs – from master bedroom suites and kitchens to private garden areas and outdoor-lifestyle spaces. As a project manager, John is involved in each phase of the construction process, including communications, scheduling and performance.
